Yes. You can connect multiple broker accounts under a single PMTS user — useful for separating strategies (e.g. an aggressive standalone account and a conservative MAM allocation). All accounts appear on the unified dashboard with consolidated and per-account views.

Is there a free trial or demo?

The Starter plan is free upfront — there is no monthly subscription. You only pay 35% of monthly profits, and only on profitable months. Demo mode on a paper-trading broker account is also available on request to evaluate execution quality before committing real capital.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no lock-in period on any plan. Disconnect PMTS from your broker account and your capital remains immediately accessible at the broker. One-time license fees (Pro/Institutional/White Label) are non-refundable as they cover software licensing and onboarding.

What documents are required for KYC?

Two documents: 1) Government-issued photo ID (passport, EU national ID, US driver license, etc.) — front and back if applicable. 2) Proof of address less than 3 months old (utility bill, bank statement, or municipal document). Check your email for the rejection reason — it always cites the specific issue (document quality, address mismatch, expired ID, etc.). Re-submit corrected documents from the user dashboard. There is no penalty or wait period. If you believe the rejection was in error, contact support and an account manager will review manually.

Can I update my address or name later?

Yes. Go to Settings → Profile in the user dashboard. Address changes are applied immediately. Legal name changes (marriage, divorce) require uploading the legal document (marriage certificate, court order) — this triggers a re-verification because the broker also needs to update your KYC.

Strongly recommended and enabled by default. Supports TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). SMS 2FA is offered as backup but discouraged due to SIM-swap risk. Disabling 2FA limits certain features such as withdrawal requests and bank-detail changes.

Yes. MultiBank Group segregates client funds in tier-1 banks (Standard Chartered, HSBC, Emirates NBD) — they are not commingled with broker operating capital and are protected in a hypothetical broker insolvency.
